- Process. The process element focuses on the procedures, mechanisms, and systems that are in place to deliver the service. This includes the steps involved in service delivery, customer interactions, and any supporting processes that contribute to the overall service experience.
- Physical evidence. Physical evidence in services marketing refers to tangible elements that customers can see, touch, or experience that help demonstrate the quality and value of the service. This can include facilities, equipment, branding, and any other tangible cues that support the service delivery.
By considering all seven elements of the service marketing mix, businesses can develop comprehensive marketing strategies that address the unique challenges and opportunities associated with marketing services.
